We are a company dedicated to the selection and roasting of specialty coffee. We strive daily to find the best roasting curve for our coffees, thus enhancing the notes, acidity, and body of our beverage.

We receive the green coffee, hand-select it to remove any visible defects, and then let it rest for five days to allow its composition to adapt to our climate.

We roast the coffee, giving it curves that highlight all its qualities and focusing on the type of roast the customer requires (Espresso or Brew Bar).

Once roasted and settled, we select the beans again to remove roasting imperfections and thus deliver a zero-defect coffee.
