Our Family
100 years learning about coffee
We are the fourth generation of coffee growers in our family, starting with our great-grandfather in the Huatusco region. Each generation brought innovation to the cultivation and processing of our beans.
We currently focus our efforts on cultivating, processing, and roasting premium specialty beans, emphasizing the traceability of our processes and thanking the entire team who makes it possible for you to enjoy your favorite coffee every day.
The story
With a restructuring of our business model in 2018, we formed the Sierra Brava brand, eager to promote our farms to the specialty market.
We have collaborated with various professionals in all areas of the coffee process, training daily and improving every step of the way in the special aromatic process.
