Refund Policy

We roast our coffee weekly, and it's a fresh product with a short shelf life. The freshness and quality of our coffee is very important to our customers, so once we've sold and shipped the coffee to a customer and it's returned to us for any reason, we can't resell it.

We issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Error with order by Sierra Brava Roasters

In the extraordinary case that the parcel service does not lose your package

  • We will generate a coupon valid for the exact amount you paid above.

For the following cases we do not make refunds:

  • If the coffee/product is in good condition and the customer no longer wants it for any reason.

  • Due to absence at the delivery time (the shipping company returns the package to us if the end customer has not been able to receive it. The shipping company calls the customer or sends a text message to arrange a specific time. If the shipping company cannot contact the customer, Sierra Brava Roasters is not responsible).

  • Other cases where it was not an error on the part of Sierra Brava Roasters or the shipping company.

Change or Cancellation of Courses.
