Shipping Policy

The coffee you order from Sierra Brava Roasters is roasted after you place your order.

If you place your order before 12 pm, it will be processed and roasted that same day. If you place it after, your order will be processed the next day. Once roasted, it is packaged and shipped. Once you receive the confirmation email with your tracking number, it is your responsibility to track your order and contact the courier you have contracted. Once your order is placed, it should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on business days.
